Tom Dimos has brought a wealth of sales and advertising experience to Realty by Dale Thomas. After many successful years in professional sales, he decided on a warmer climate and moved to Florida from Ohio. In 2002, Tom started a new career in real estate and has found his niche in vacant land sales and acquisitions. His sincere desire of helping others and his knowledge of real estate earns Tom many accolades and referrals from clients and co-workers.
 
Michele Dimos, GRI, ABR, CSP
Licensed Real Estate Broker
While enjoying a rewarding career as a case worker in the local county government and her children starting out in their adult lives, Michele began classes at the local college. In 1998, she became a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and Realtor. She soon learned her career choices were very similar, as both assist families with their needs, desires and long-term goals.
After many trips to Florida, Michele decided on a permanent vacation and moved from Canton, Ohio to North Port.
Michele believes real estate is an on-going learning process. She continually attends classes and is licensed as a Florida Real Estate Broker, Florida Community Association Manager and Florida Notary Public along with being a Certified New Home Specialist.
She is excited about the vision of North Port and the different cultures adding to its growth, a city where families are proud to call home.

Nicole graduated from the University of Akron in Ohio with a degree in corporate finance and financial services. After spending several years working as a tax auditor in Canton, Ohio, she and her family moved to North Port, Florida in search of warm weather in a nice community. Nicole enjoys working with the public and found that as a real estate agent she can bridge her background in finance with her passion to help others.
Nicole is married to fellow agent Vinnie Mayle, and they have two daughters, Peyton and Rylee.

Vinnie has worked in new construction for over ten years. Starting out in Canton, Ohio he was employed by Summit Homes working in the flooring department. Always intrigued by the construction industry, Vinnie decided to pursue a career in real estate. By applying his knowledge of the building process, he is able to provide his clients valuable insight when they are buying or selling a home. Vinnie enjoys water sports, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.
